McDonald’s Franchisees Must Turn Over Joint Employer Documents To Labor Board

(January 13, 2016, 10:51 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — A New York federal judge on Nov. 12 ordered multiple fast food franchisees to comply with subpoenas issued by the National Labor Relations Board and turn over records related to allegations that McDonald’s and the franchisees are joint employers (National Labor Relations Board v.
