Georgia Federal Judge Enforces Restrictive Covenants In 2013 Franchise Agreement
(January 13, 2016, 10:04 AM EST) -- GAINESVILLE, Ga. — A Georgia federal judge on Oct. 21 granted a motion for preliminary injunction prohibiting a former cellular phone franchisor employee and his associates from violating the restrictive covenants listed in a 2013 franchise agreement (Cellairis Franchise Inc., et al. v. Michael Duarte, No. 2:15-cv-00101-WCO, N.D. Ga.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 147890).
