Families Of Shooting Victims File Negligence Suit Against Wal-Mart

(January 11, 2016, 4:28 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — The family members of three people who were killed in a random shooting spree filed suit Dec. 31 in a Pennsylvania court against Wal-Mart for selling the ammunition allegedly used in the attacks (Jesus Ramos, et al. v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., et al., No. 003065, Pa Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Co.).
