Judge Allows Family To Proceed With RFRA Challenge To ACA
Mealey's (January 11, 2016, 1:43 PM EST) -- ST. LOUIS — While the evidence may eventually refute the claim, a family may proceed with at least a portion of their challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate, a federal judge in Missouri held Jan. 8 (Paul Joseph Wieland, et al. v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, No. 13-1577, E.D. Mo.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 2165).
