(January 11, 2016, 1:21 PM EST) -- FARGO, N.D. — The Sierra Club on Dec. 22 moved to intervene in a Clean Water Rule case pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota, saying that it is in favor of the rule and that it has an interpretation of the Clean Water Act “that is distinct” from those of all other parties (States of North Dakota, et al. v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-59, D. N.D., Southeastern Div.).
