Judge Limits Doctor’s Testimony In GM Bellwether Trial

Mealey's (January 8, 2016, 3:33 PM EST) -- NEW YORK — The judge overseeing the General Motors ignition switch multidistrict litigation on Jan. 4 granted the automaker’s motion to strike portions of the affidavit and exclude testimony from a plaintiff’s expert in a bellwether trial that is scheduled to begin Jan. 11 (In Re: General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation, No. 1:14-md-02543, S.D. N.Y.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 282).
