(January 8, 2016, 2:46 PM EST) -- TULSA, Okla. — A federal judge in Oklahoma on Jan. 7 denied a landowner’s motion to intervene in a dispute that arose after the U.S. government granted a hydraulic fracturing company a permit to drill on lands managed by the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) (Osage Producers Association v. Sally Jewell v. David P. Hayes, No. 15-469, N.D. Okla.).
