Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 9:17 AM EDT) -- WATERTOWN, N.Y. — A New York town has the right to regulate a proposed commercial water pipeline, a state court justice ruled Nov. 25, 2014 (John T. Smoke, et al. v. The Planning Board of the Town of Greig, No. CA 2014-00201, N.Y. Sup., Lewis Co.).
