4th Circuit To Rule On Which Insurance Policy Covers Boating Accident

(January 8, 2016, 12:36 PM EST) -- RICHMOND, Va. — The Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 29 issued a notice that the appeal of a suit, which concerns whether a business policy insurer must cover a boating accident that the insured claims happened while he was entertaining prospective clients, has been referred to a panel of three judges before scheduling oral argument for possible disposition pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 34 (Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company v.
