Judge: Agencies May Not Divide Case Or Expedite Briefing In Fracking Rule Case
(January 8, 2016, 11:55 AM EST) -- DENVER — The federal judge in Wyoming presiding over a lawsuit brought by Wyoming and other states against the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) challenging the agency’s federal fracking regulations on Dec. 29 denied the DOI’s motion to bifurcate the proceeding and expedite briefing (State of Wyoming v.
