California Federal Judge Enters Judgment For Costs Of Suit In Favor Of Plan
Mealey's (January 8, 2016, 10:28 AM EST) -- LOS ANGELES — A California federal judge on Dec. 9 entered judgment in favor of a plan administrator for its costs of the suit after determining that the administrator did not wrongfully terminate a claimant’s benefits (Sonia Cruz-Baca v. Edison International Long Term Disability Plan, No. 14-7887, C.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 167728).
