(January 7, 2016, 1:15 PM EST) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania appeals on Jan. 6 ruled that a decision by the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) allowing a hydraulic fracturing company to obtain a permit to drill a well was not against the weight of the evidence (Brockway Borough Municipal Authority v. Department of Environmental Protection, No. 789 C.D. 2015. Pa. Cmwlth.; 2016 Commw. LEXIS 20).
