8th Circuit Reinstates Carnival Workers’ Wage Class Claims

LOUIS — An Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Dec. 15 reinstated a class complaint filed by traveling carnival workers on H-2B visas who allege that their employer denied them minimum wages, filed fraudulent tax forms and overcharged them for housing (Jesus Cuellar-Aguilar, et al. v. Deggeller Attractions, Inc., No. 15-1219, 8th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 21646).
