California Federal Judge Tosses Consolidated Cases Against Sea World

(January 7, 2016, 10:29 AM EST) -- SAN DIEGO — A California federal judge on Dec. 23 granted a motion to dismiss three consolidated class action lawsuits accusing SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. of misrepresenting its treatment of its killer whales (Holly Hall, et al. v. SeaWorld Entertainment Inc., No. 15-660, S.D. Calif.).
