(CEC) and other fracking entities associated with it, on Jan. 5 made available to Mealey Publications a brief filed by the state’s Office of Attorney General opposing a proposed settlement agreement in a related lawsuit that that state argues could limit its rights to seek a remedy in the case (The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v.
