(January 6, 2016, 10:28 AM EST) -- WAUKESHA, Wis. — A trial judge did not err by admitting expert testimony about the result of a blood-alcohol test and limiting the scope of cross-examination concerning the possibility of another driver, a Wisconsin appeals panel ruled Dec. 23, affirming a conviction of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) (State of Wisconsin v. Michael J. Spizzirri, No. 2015AP84-CR, Wis. App., Dist. 2; 2015 Wisc. App. LEXIS 895).
