2 Former VA General Counsels Argue For Aggregation Of Claims
(January 6, 2016, 7:32 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Two former Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) general counsels filed an amicus curiae brief on Dec. 16 in an appeal before the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, arguing that the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) should be permitted to aggregate claims in cases raising legally identical claims (Conley F. Monk, Jr. v. Robert A. McDonald, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Nos. 15-7092 and 15-7106, Fed. Cir.).
