(January 5, 2016, 2:16 PM EST) -- ANCHORAGE, Alaska — A man charged with sexual abuse of a minor must take an additional polygraph examination by a state qualified examiner and take the stand at his trial for cross-examination, an Alaska appeals panel affirmed Dec. 18 (State of Alaska v. Thomas Henry Alexander, Nos. A-11423 and A-11433, Ala. App.; 2015 Alas. App. LEXIS 188).
