Man’s Lawsuit Over Leaky Pella Windows Is Untimely, Federal Judge Rules
Mealey's (January 5, 2016, 12:14 PM EST) -- CHARLESTON, S.C. — A federal judge in South Carolina on Jan. 4 awarded summary judgment to Pella Corp. after finding that a man’s lawsuit over allegedly defective windows that allowed for water intrusion was barred by the four-year statute of limitations (Doug Dilly, et al. v. Pella Corporation, No. 14-cv-03307-DCN, D. S.C.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 234).
