Testosterone MDL Plaintiffs Ask Judge To Allow Discovery Into Label Change Facts

Mealey's (January 4, 2016, 12:47 PM EST) -- CHICAGO — Plaintiffs in the testosterone replacement therapy multidistrict litigation on Dec. 23 asked an Illinois federal judge to reconsider his ruling denying discovery into what the Food and Drug Administration said about label changes to Depo-Testosterone and Testopel before the judge grants the defendants’ motion to dismiss (In Re: Testosterone Replacement Therapy Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2545, No. 14-1748, N.D. Ill.).
