1st Circuit Vacates Elimination Of Front Pay Award In Skycap’s Retaliation Suit

(January 4, 2016, 7:57 AM EST) -- BOSTON — The First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 15 rejected an employer’s challenge of a decision in favor of a skycap who alleged that his termination was retaliatory and partially granted the skycap’s cross-appeal challenging the elimination of front pay (Joseph Travers v. Flight Services & Systems, Inc., Nos. 14-1745, 14-1756, 1st Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 21671).
