Mealey's (December 30, 2015, 12:43 PM EST) -- BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Insureds sufficiently allege that a homeowners insurance policy does not exclude from coverage loss to basement walls, a Connecticut federal judge ruled Dec. 29, declining to dismiss the lawsuit (Dennis Roberge and Kristi Roberge v. Amica Mutual Insurance Co., No. 15-1262, D. Conn.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 172424).
