Ohio Willow Opposes Review Of Ruling On Prudential Standing Defect In Patent Suit
(December 28, 2015, 12:43 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Ohio Willow Wood Co. (OWW) in a Dec. 9 opposition brief argues to the U.S. Supreme Court that post-complaint events or transactions cannot cure a prudential standing defect existing when a patent case is filed and its determination that a supplemental complaint does not become the operative complaint for determining jurisdiction and standing (Alps South LLC v. The Ohio Willow Wood Co., No. 15-567, U.S. Sup.).
