Mealey's (December 28, 2015, 12:33 PM EST) -- SAN FRANCISCO — A California federal judge on Dec. 23 granted a truck driver's motion for class certification in relation to his claims for violation of California's unfair competition law (UCL) and California labor laws, finding that his claims were suitable for class treatment (Lodusky McCowen v. Trimac Transportation Services [Western] Inc., No. 14-cv-02694-RS, N.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 171591).
