Safety, Health Expert May Not Testify On Duty, Breach In Negligence Suit, Judge Says
(December 28, 2015, 10:07 AM EST) -- BOSTON — In a negligence lawsuit, an occupational safety and health expert may not testify on the part of a manufacturer’s duty and alleged breach that caused an employee’s work injuries in a scaffolding accident, a Massachusetts federal judge ruled Dec. 22 (Milton B. Adams v. New England Scaffolding, Inc., No. 13-12629, D. Mass.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 170688).
