Judge: Medical Report Should Not Have Been Permitted In Agent Orange Injury Case

(December 22, 2015, 2:25 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on Dec. 17 reversed and vacated a case in which a widow seeks benefits for her husband’s death as a result of exposure to Agent Orange, ruling that the medical document that the widow attached to her reply brief was struck (Ramona G. Page v. Robert A. McDonald, No. 14-3567, Vet. Clms.; 2015 U.S. App. Vet Claims LEXIS 1701).
