(December 22, 2015, 11:20 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — South Carolina and Oregon repeatedly billed an Indian health program for Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Medicaid expenditures, according to a pair of December reports from the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General.
