Nevada Federal Magistrate Judge Partly Grants Motion To Compel In ERISA Case
(December 21, 2015, 8:16 PM EST) -- LAS VEGAS — A plaintiff’s motion to compel certain contested emails and oral deposition testimony of a defendant in connection with a lawsuit over a suspended pension was granted Dec. 9 by a Nevada federal magistrate judge (Steven Haigh v. Construction Industry and Laborers Joint Pension Trust, et al., No. 14-1545, D. Nev.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 165031).
