Estate Sues Penn State Over Alleged Hazing-Related Suicide Of Student
(December 21, 2015, 1:34 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — The estate of a Pennsylvania State University student who committed suicide after fraternity hazing allegedly caused him to suffer a psychological crisis filed suit against the university, the fraternity and others on Dec. 15 in a Pennsylvania court, asserting causes of action for negligence and wrongful death (Richard A. Braham, on behalf of the estate of Marquise A. Braham v. the Pennsylvania State University, et al., No. 004201, Pa. Comm. Pls. Philadelphia Co.).
