‘Follow-Up’ Discovery Limited To Evidence From Specific Defendant, Judge Says

Mealey's (December 21, 2015, 12:58 PM EST) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — A ruling allowing follow-up discovery applied only new evidence obtained from a party who had not participated in the litigation, a federal magistrate judge held Dec. 18 (Marguerite MacQueen, et al. v. Union Carbide Corp., No. 13-831, D. Del.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 169747).
