Brokers Say They Should Be Allowed To File Amicus Brief In Support Of Reinsured

(December 15, 2015, 7:54 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — A group of reinsurance brokers told the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Nov. 23 that they are qualified as amici and should be allowed to file and amicus brief in a reinsurance liability cap dispute (Global Reinsurance of America v. Century Indemnity Company, No. 15-2164-cv, 2nd Cir.).
