(December 14, 2015, 2:08 PM EST) -- JACKSON, Miss. — An unsworn expert report is inadmissible in summary judgment proceedings and leaves a plaintiff with insufficient evidence in support of her case, the Mississippi Supreme Court held Dec. 10 (Illinois Central Railroad Co. v.
