Insurer Drops Breach Of Contract Suit Against Reinsurer

(December 14, 2015, 12:08 PM EST) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — An insurer told a federal court in Connecticut on Dec. 11 that it is dismissing its suit against its reinsurer without prejudice (The Travelers Indemnity Company v. Excalibur Reinsurance Corporation, No. 15-cv-01697, D. Conn.).
