(December 14, 2015, 10:11 AM EST) -- ALBURQUERQUE, N.M. — A New Mexico appeals panel on Dec. 9 affirmed a trial court’s decision to tax the state engineer for the cost of a water rights lawsuit (Santa Fe Water Resources Alliance, LLC v. John D’Antonio, et al., No. 33,704, N.M. App.).
