Agencies Appeal To 10th Circuit Order Preventing Enforcement Of Fracking Rule

Mealey's (December 11, 2015, 2:46 PM EST) -- DENVER — The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), which was sued by the State of Wyoming and other states that challenge the agency’s new federal fracking regulations, on Dec. 10 filed notice that it is appealing to federal appellate court the order that prevented it from enforcing those regulations (State of Wyoming v. U.S. Department of the Interior, et al., No. 15-00043, D. Wyo.).
