Texas Judge Takes Motion To Stay Clean Water Rule Case Under Advisement

(December 11, 2015, 1:34 PM EST) -- GALVESTON, Texas — A Texas federal judge on Dec. 4 took under advisement the United States’ motion to stay a Clean Water Rule case pending action by the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals involving that court’s primary jurisdiction over the rule (State of Texas, et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-162, S.D. Texas).
