Georgia Clean Water Rule Case Will Reopen After Circuit Court Rulings

(December 10, 2015, 10:50 AM EST) -- ATLANTA — A Georgia federal judge on Nov. 6 said he will reopen a case challenging the Clean Water Rule after rulings by the Sixth or 11th Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals in similar cases (Southeastern Legal Foundation, Inc., et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-2488, N.D. Ga., Atlanta Div.).
