16 Idaho Ranchers Allowed To Intervene In Lawsuit Against Grazing On Federal Land
(December 10, 2015, 10:29 AM EST) -- BOISE, Idaho — An Idaho federal magistrate judge on Nov. 23 allowed 16 ranchers to intervene in a lawsuit in which an advocacy group challenges the U.S. Forest Service’s authorization of cattle grazing in the Copper Basin areas of the Big Lost River watershed within the Salmon-Challis National Forest (Western Watersheds Project v. United States Forest Service, No. 15-218, D. Idaho; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 159390).
