(December 10, 2015, 10:08 AM EST) -- DENVER — A union committed unfair labor practices when it removed one of its members from the list of work-eligible employees, denied her access to the list and then refused to stamp her unemployment book, the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Dec. 3 (International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 627 v. National Labor Relations Board, Nos. 14-9605 and 14-9613, 10th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 20973).
