PCA To Hold Proceedings On Croatia's Intention To Terminate Arbitral Agreement

(December 9, 2015, 3:12 PM EST) -- THE HAGUE, The Netherlands — Before issuing a ruling on the merits in a maritime dispute between the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Slovenia, a tribunal for the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) on Dec. 2 said that it has scheduled further proceedings to address Croatia's claims that the arbitration has been tainted and Slovenia's arguments on the issue (Republic of Croatia v. the Republic of Slovenia, No. 2012-04, PCA).
