President Signs Law Exempting Veterans From ACA Employer-Mandate Calculations

(December 9, 2015, 12:54 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Barack Obama on Dec. 4 signed into law a bill exempting individuals from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s large employer mandate calculation if they belong to a plan administered by the Department of Defense or Veterans Administration.
