5th Circuit Orders Further Findings In Dispute Over Dispatchers As Supervisors

(December 9, 2015, 12:21 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — A Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Dec. 7 partially affirmed and partially reversed a decision by the National Labor Relations Board that an electric company’s dispatchers were not supervisors (Entergy Mississippi, Incorporated v. National Labor Relations Board, No. 14-60796, 5th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 21190).
