New York Federal Judge Adopts Detailed Report In Oil Spill Coverage Dispute

Mealey's (December 8, 2015, 8:25 AM EST) -- NEW YORK — A New York federal judge on Nov. 25 adopted a report and recommendation by a special master that details the claims and coverage recommendations for each claim alleged against an insured as the result of an oil spill (American Commercial Lines LLC v. Water Quality Insurance Syndicate, No. 09-7957, S.D. N.Y.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 160456).
