U.S. High Court To Review Decision On EEOC Paying Attorney Fees

(December 7, 2015, 10:43 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on Dec. 4 granted a petition for writ of certiorari in the appeal of a decision by the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that reversed an award of attorney fees to a prevailing defendant in a Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in a suit brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (CRST Van Expedited, Inc. v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, No. 14-1375, U.S. Sup.).
