DOL Proposes Amendments To ERISA’s Disability Benefits Claims Procedures

(December 7, 2015, 9:53 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), filed a notice of proposed rulemaking on Nov. 18 to amend current claims procedures for disability benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (90 Fed. Reg. 222, RIN 1210-AB39, Nov. 18, 2015).
