Insurer Must Produce Information On Bonuses Paid To Personnel, Judge Says
(December 3, 2015, 2:51 PM EST) -- LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Kentucky federal judge on Nov. 24 said a disability insurer is required to produce information regarding incentives or bonuses paid to disability claims personnel; however, the insurer is not required to produce information regarding compensation paid to specific employees (Richard E. Davis v. Hartford Life & Accident Insurance Co., No. 14-507, W.D. Ky.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 158313).
