(December 3, 2015, 12:32 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A tribunal for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICISD) on Dec. 2 issued an order in arbitration commenced against the Republic of Senegal, ordering Senegal to refrain from taking any actions to aggravate the dispute or delay the case (Menzies Middle East and Africa S.A., et al. v.
