Georgia Federal Judge Decertifies Employee Class In Overtime Row

(December 3, 2015, 10:30 AM EST) -- ALBANY, Ga. — A Georgia federal judge on Nov. 9 decertified a class of call center employees suing for unpaid wages after determining that the class was not similarly situated (Brady Tanner, et al. v. TPUSA, Inc., No. 12-33, M.D. Ga.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 151394).
