California Federal Judge Denies Remand Of Costco Wage Class Suit
(December 3, 2015, 8:15 AM EST) -- SAN DIEGO — A proposed class action accusing a membership-only warehouse club of various wage violations belongs in federal court because the amount in controversy exceeds $5 million, a California federal judge ruled Nov. 13 (Paula Dittmar, et al. v.
