YMCA, Insurer Argue Before 10th Circuit Over Coverage For Burst Pipe Damage

(December 2, 2015, 11:51 AM EST) -- DENVER — In briefs filed in the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the operator of a Colorado YMCA and its insurance provider argue whether a trial court properly found that a commercial property policy did not cover damage sustained from burst pipes due to an earth movement policy exclusion (YMCA of Pueblo, et al. v. Secura Insurance Companies, No. 15-1081, 10th Cir.).
